1. Legal notice
This site is operated by operator name — to confirm, address — to confirm. Responsible for content: the operator. Reach us at contact email — to confirm.
The game’s artwork is AI-generated. The game code, the scene format, and the site design are ours; don’t reuse them commercially without asking.
2. What we store
We keep this short because the list is short:
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password, held in our authentication database. We need these to run your account (contract performance).
- Game data — scenes you generate, your credit balance, and results of finished games (time, misses, hints).
- Prompts and photos — what you submit to generate a scene, kept with the scene it produced.
We don’t run advertising, we don’t sell data, and we don’t build profiles of you. There is no analytics script on this site.
3. Third parties
- AI image providers. When you generate a scene, your prompt or photo is sent to a third-party image-generation service to produce the pictures. Those providers process it under their own terms; don’t put things in a prompt you wouldn’t send to a stranger’s server.
- Font hosting. This site loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers and Google sees your IP address in that request.
- Hosting. The site and its database are hosted at hosting provider — to confirm.
4. On your device
We use your browser’s local storage for two jobs: keeping you signed in, and keeping your recent game history on the device you played on. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies. Clearing your browser data clears both.
5. How long we keep it
Account and game data live as long as your account does. Delete your account and they go with it, minus anything we’re legally required to keep (for example, payment records once purchases exist, for as long as tax law says).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR), you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and take your data elsewhere. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Asking us first is usually faster.
